A modern and functional architectural design for a residential building comprising 78 apartments spread across three floors, in addition to a rooftop annex. Given the scale of the building and the number of units, accessibility solutions were thoughtfully integrated to ensure convenient access from all directions and levels. The building features six elevators and meticulously placed staircases extending from the basement to the top floor, providing optimal comfort for both residents and visitors.
